Richard is the owner of Beechlawn Motors Ltd, a used car sales business and workshop in Belfast. He also owns a bp forecourt and Spar shop in central Belfast, and is a licensee of two

Maxol forecourt / Spar shops, one in Holywood and one in Bangor. Northern Ireland.

Richard is currently Chairman of the bp forum for Northern Ireland.

Terry Mulkherns

DIRECTOR OF MULKERNS EUROSPAR, NORTHERN IRELAND

Terry is Director of the family owned Mulkerns Eurospar, Forkhill Road, Newry featuring Maxol branded forecourt and a large Eurospar shop as well Mulkerns Spar store in Jonesborough Co Armagh.

He also operates a Spar convenience store at Banbridge for Henderson Retail.

Mark returned to Henderson Group in late 2014 to lead retail operations at its rapidly growing company-owned chain of c-stores and supermarkets under the SPAR and EUROSPAR brands.

Henderson Retail currently operate 60 SPAR c-stores and 39 EUROSPAR supermarkets of which 76 sites include forecourts with the major oils brands Bp, Maxol and Texaco.

With 35 years convenience sector experience, Marks early career was in store management at the Belfast CO-OP Society. In the 1990’s he quickly rose through the ranks at Iceland Foods to become Regional Manager NI & Ireland before joining the Board at Henderson Retail in 2001, as the SPAR Retail Chain set about developing its presence in Northern Ireland. Following a move to Sainsburys Local in 2009 he was Regional Managing Director on the groups Convenience Board for several years before taking up the Managing Director’s role at SPAR UK Wholesaler Appleby Westward Group in 2012, at which time he also served on the SPAR Food Distributors (SFD) UK Board.

Throughout his career Mark has opened hundreds of new & refitted stores and forecourts, shaped store formats and constantly innovated to deliver business growth, team development and long-term shareholder returns. He has lived and worked throughout the UK and Ireland.

Kenny Bradley 

Owner of Kenny’s, NORTHERN IRELAND

Kenny started the business in 1993 which now encompasses convenience stores, BP and Maxol fuel stations and online wine store. Brands included within the portfolio include Kennys Food fare, Greens Food Fare and Home Delivery Wine. The head office is in Kilrea.

Margaret’s career background is in retail with experience from Sainsbury's and latterly Applegreen until her move to Nicholl (Fuel Oils) in late 2020.
